Buyer Appointment Conducted But Buyer Did Not Sign/Commit Follow Up Campaign By JS

This drip is designed for any buyer you've conducted a buyers consultation for but didn't sign the buyers agency agreement and commit to you as their Realtor.

“Buyer Appointment Conducted But Buyer Did Not Sign/Commit Follow Up Campaign”

IMPORTANT: All emails and calls in this campaign exist to get the potential Buyer to communicate with you. Only continue the calls if you do not get a clear response/answer from the Buyer on their decision. If they have decided to work with another Realtor, then stop the follow up calls. If they have decided to hold off for a while, try to identify their anticipated future timeframe and then it is recommended to add the appropriate campaign.
