Not Right Now: Checking In: 25 Day Touch

This drip is designed for anyone that isn’t interested in buying right now or you aren’t sure where they are going. The goal of this drip is to act as a touch point and reminder that you are here and ready to help the lead if they need anything.

This drip consist of 21 text message, 14 email, and 10 optional call/Slydial tasks. It lasts for 5 years and checks in with the lead roughly every 25 days(ish) for 1 year. Then slowly switches to a 90 day follow up.

Call tasks are optional but recommended if you’ve previously have spoken to the lead on the phone. Let’s be real, not everyone likes getting phone calls and some Realtors hate calling people. So it’s your call (pun intended). You can also substitute call tasks for Slydials. I personally rarely call my leads unless I know they prefer a phone call.
