IDX: Home Buyer

This drip is designed for any lead that you’ve spoken too that you’ve put on an IDX Search. Ideally ALL leads should be on some sort of IDX search. This drip consist of 6 months of follow mostly custom text and emails with a few optional call or slydial tasks.

IDX: Home Buyer

This drip is designed for any lead that you’ve spoken too that you’ve put on an IDX Search. Ideally ALL leads should be on some sort of IDX search. Do not put leads that are on other drips on this drip unless it is a custom follow up drip campaign or you know what the other drip entails.

If you’ve scheduled a showing appointment with the lead it is recommend to either pause the drip, stop the drip completely, or delete any drips that are going to go out within 7 days of your scheduled appointment. Last thing you want during a house showing is for your client to get a automated text from you asking if they’d like to see any houses this weekend (awkward). If you take a client off this drip DO NOT put them back on this drip. Either put them on the “Custom F/U: Working Lead” drip or the “IDX: Touch” Drip campaign.

Call tasks are optional but recommended if you’ve previously have spoken to the lead on the phone. Let’s be real, not everyone likes getting phone calls and some Realtors hate calling people. So it’s your call (pun not intended). You can also substitute call tasks for Slydials.
