Here’s a more in-depth look at the revenue share program and how the different tiers work:
- Tier 1: For every Tier 1 agent (direct referral) that you bring on board, you can earn up to $4,000 per agent per year, which is equivalent to 5% of their commission. This income is based on a non-discounted GCI and an 85/15 split, not including fees. Agents must be active and close at least $450 every six months to be eligible to receive revenue share.
- Tier 2: By referring agents to Real Broker, you can also earn from Tier 2 agents. At this level, you can earn up to $3,200 or 4% per referred agent per year for capping agents.
- Tier 3: In addition to Tier 1 and Tier 2, you can also benefit from Tier 3 referrals. With this tier, you can earn up to $2,400 or 3% per referred agent per year for capping agents.
- Tier 4: Your earnings continue to grow as you refer agents across different tiers. With Tier 4 referrals, you can earn up to $1,600 or 2% per referred agent per year for capping agents.
- Tier 5: Lastly, Tier 5 offers another income stream from your referrals. In this tier, you can earn up to $800 or 1% per referred agent per year for capping agents.
