How to Automate your Meetings with Chat GPT
As a real estate agent, your time is valuable. Automating your meetings can help you focus on what really matters. In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to automate your meetings using Chat GPT.

Booking the Meeting
The first step is to get the meeting booked. Use Calendly to allow your leads to book meetings automatically.

Recording the Meeting
Once the meeting is booked, use Google Meets to automatically record and transcribe Google Meet conversations. This allows you to capture important information without having to take manual notes.

Automating the Process
Now that we have our meeting recorded and transcribed, we can automate the process of uploading the notes into our CRM using Zapier.

Here’s how to do it:
- Use the Google Meets transcription Zapier trigger to send the transcription to Open AI (Chat GPT).
- Use the Formatter By Zapier to extract the client’s email.
- Add the notes to your Chime CRM using Zapier.

Further Automation
If you want even more automation, you can use Zapier to email yourself the meeting notes or send the notes to your Chime CRM automatically.
